Too damn bz to jot down on my progress.
Anyway, I lost the specific details, but the previous 6 days, I have only 2 meals (breakfast & dinner) a day.
Most of the time, my breakfast would be:
1 sunny side up
A portion of beans (those you get in the tin with tomato sauce)
1 hash brown
2 slices of french toast
Dinner:
Eat home lor.....
Current weight: varies from 82 - 83kg.

Breakfast = 4 slices of biscuits + coffee
Lunch = Hokkien Hor Fun + egg & chinese tea
Tea-Time = 3 Chicken rice balls + 1/2 braised egg + some siew yoke + some steamed chicken + coffee ice
Dinner = Dim Sum + Emperor pao
Supper = Campbell chicken soup + egg + cheese
Current weight = STILL 84kg

Dinner: Rice + Mui Choi pork + grill fish fillet + vegetable, egg & tofu soup

Taking a turn
Life is not as cheerful as I naively believe when I first started this blog. My readership ratings has dropped tremendously when I fail to produce what I think is hilarious.
People come to clarify the Philip's theory and try to promote SAP or themselves to SAP.
Since people are already taking my blog for the wrong purpose..... I might as well too =P
So, I'm changing this to a daily record of my diet progress as I have just realized I have successfully GAINED 2 FRIGGIN KG IN 3 FRIGGIN DAYS.
Hence, as of today, my food intake would be:
Breakfast = 1 cup of coffee + 4 slices of biscuits
Lunch = Soya bean drink
Dinner = Fried rice + curry chicken
Current weight = 84kg..... mahem.....
