Made a huge pasta dinner for Sunday evening. So much was left over I've decided to bring some to office the next day. Presenting..... Kelvin's signature Penne Arrabiata~~

It is famous because you'll be finishing it within minutes

If Itallianies is to sell it THIS WAY, it will probably just cost you RM5

It is ALSO famous because you will have the urge to flush it out within minutes, too

Anyway, I'm aiming to lose some weights too. So, it's not all bad... NOT BAD AT ALL.

Sunway Pyramid on a Saturday

It is Saturday & I've just finished work. Thought of taking a walk in a commercial area I've not been to for a long time - Sunway Pyramid!

When I just got across the LDP toll, I've been thinking... Why haven't I been to Sunway Pyramid to shop for donkey years?

I then remembered some bad experience I had with.....

• The heavy traffic in LDP.....
• the hassle in finding a car park where most of them just gave up finding a valid parking space & instead settle for an illegal side parking on the spirals
• the people mountain people sea queue...

With all these on my mind, I'm so tempted just to turn into either The Curve or 1U. Then again, how would these 2 be different from Sunway Pyramid except that they are nearer to me? It's a Saturday lar!!

Anyway, to my surprise, it was smoooooth sailing all the way from 1 end to the other in LDP. I was like thinking, "ok, the real CRAP starts when i start looking for a carpark..."

I WAS PROVEN DEAD WRONG!

When i turned in, I saw this

It is a first in Malaysia, car park guiding system. So, looking into this situation, of course I turned left lah.

Rather than driving real slow and start fishing for car parks, you can actually look up and start looking for green lights, which is pretty visible from afar. Ingenius huh?

So, after a massive satisfying Sakae Sushi lunch, I decided to walk around. Though my intention was to check out the new side of Sunway Pyramid (Fashion Central, Oasis Boulevard, Asian Avenue, Marrakesh & Kidz Zone), my legs auto-magically directed me to the bowling alley.

You guys still remember that Kenny Ang played a kick ass game of tenpin bowling during the Kuala Lumpur '98 Commonwealth Game right? Well I do, and I felt a little "Kenny Ang" in me that day. So, needless to say, I went for a game.

After getting into my bowling shoes & preparing the lane, I went to hunt for an 11 pounds ball. Unable to find any that could fit my fat fingers, I settled for a 13 pounds one. God, it does not feel good at all.

After ONLY 1 game, my arm aches. I don't feel good. I don't feel good because of my total score.

It's like... less than half of what I'm capable of scoring dammit! That is a saaaaad fact. Know what is more sad than my score?

I found out that there is a bubble gum in a hole where I put my Friendly-Finger-I-Use-To-Show-Nasty-Driver

And all this while I've been sticking my finger into it. It was like... freakin' DISGUSTING!

So, my arms ached, my legs are tired, my score sucks, I'm angry, and my finger smells minty...

But, positive thinking is like this... At least this is all I need to do to freshen my breathe, right? =P

After some walk, I decided to settle for a cool, refreshing and tasty Chinese herbal tea before leaving Sunway Pyramid.

Trust me, I did TRIED MY BEST to convince you on the "tasty" part.

I just realized that I sing when driving alone

Yup, this time around in Kuala Lumpur, when it rains... it bloody pours. Unfortunate enough for us, each time it rains during the evening, just when work is over. It is so sickenin' I almost got used to EXTREME traffic jams, flash floods & etc.

So, since not much can be done, might as well just tune up the Radio, enjoy music, drive safely and keep myself busy guessing what would be the night's dinner.

I don't have a CD player in my car, so, its all random music to me and its either I change the frequency or be content with what that is currently being aired.

Too many times have I heard Westlife's brand new song being played. Top of the charts, maybe? I don't know.

I'm sure you pretty much agree that driving alone can be freakin' boring at times. So... of course I do sing along!!

I broke my virginity!!

If the above title refers to when did I actually entered "adulthood", I would say this post is WAAAAAY over due.

So, this is my blog's first entry and its "virginity" has been broken. Come to think of which, MIX.fm is currently having this BREAK for a break http://www.mix.fm/special/break/default.asp where you are supposed to break something and win a holiday, or something of that sort.

I wonder if this post is eligle for an entry? What would I win if i call up MIX.fm?


KT : "Hey, I just broke the virginity of my blog. So… whats up for me?”
DJ : “I think I still have some old KFC vouchers my neighbour gave me. Please come and collect your prize…” And owh yeah, congratulations by the way. You are Kelvin, right?”
KT : “That’s me…”
DJ : “Don’t call us anymore”
KT : “…”

Maybe the above?? On second thought, I shall save myself from such shame...
