19th - 24th Aug

Too damn bz to jot down on my progress.

Anyway, I lost the specific details, but the previous 6 days, I have only 2 meals (breakfast & dinner) a day.

Most of the time, my breakfast would be:
1 sunny side up
A portion of beans (those you get in the tin with tomato sauce)
1 hash brown
2 slices of french toast

Dinner:
Eat home lor.....

Current weight: varies from 82 - 83kg.
